How your account is run

A support team built around your actual workflow.

Before agents handle live conversations, we document what they need to know, how they should respond, and when your internal team needs to step in.

  • Agent selection based on the work and coverage required
  • Training on scripts, products, systems, and escalation paths
  • Call notes and handoffs recorded in the tools you already use
  • Staffing adjusted as volume and business hours change

Getting started

From requirements to live coverage in three clear steps.

  1. 01

    Scope the work

Tell us what comes in, when coverage is needed, which systems you use, and how many agents you expect to start with.

  2. 02

    Build and train

We document call flows, prepare scripts and handoffs with you, then train the assigned agents before launch.

  3. 03

    Launch and adjust

Agents begin handling the agreed work. Coverage and staffing can be adjusted as the operation develops.

Client feedback

What clients say about the working relationship.

We were losing leads every time the phones rang during a rush. EZ picked up the slack immediately. The team knew our product catalog well enough to help with orders from day one.

Trey Malone

Manager, Plasticplace

Agency life means back-to-back calls I cannot always take. Having someone answer in our voice and understand a brief, instead of only taking a message, changed how we look to new clients.

Ash Delacroix

Founder, Morfe Media

Dispatch calls come in at all hours and drivers need a real person, not voicemail. Our dedicated lead handles the overflow and keeps the details organized for our team.

Need a more specific answer? Email Info@ezcontactcenter.com.

Will agents follow our existing process?

Yes. Training is based on your scripts, systems, terminology, escalation rules, and required call notes before live coverage begins.

How many agents can we start with?

You can start with one agent or discuss a larger team. Staffing is scoped around the workload, required hours, and expected call volume.

Can you cover evenings or weekends?

After-hours, weekend, overflow, and continuous coverage can be discussed during scoping and included in the staffing plan.

How does the first-month rate work?

Eligible new accounts start at $5 per agent hour for the first month. The standard rate after that is $10 per agent hour. Final scope and terms are confirmed in writing before launch.

Are we locked into a long contract?

The service is offered month to month. Your written agreement will set out billing, notice, and any account-specific terms.
